Absolutely! Once you are logged in, click on the ‘Your Account’ tab at the top and you’ll see the option to update your details

There could be a number of reasons for this. Pop us an email to hello@lisacorduff.com and we’ll take a look for you.

Oh no! We are likely sending them to you - sometimes they go to your junk folder though, so check there first! A few things to try:

• If you do find any emails in your junk folder be sure to click on ‘mark as not junk’ (or similar)
• Add hello@lisacorduff.com to your email contacts
• Gmail users - Check your ‘promotions’ tab and drag the email across to your primary folder - click Yes to do this for all emails from Lisa

If you are still having trouble or don’t seem to be receiving the right emails, please let us know and we’ll take a look for you

You can add the shortcut to your internet browser or even your mobile home-screen!

Also be sure to tick ‘remember me’ on the login page so it remembers your details and you don’t have to recall your password #somanyfreakinpasswords  

You can also update your password to something easy to remember if you prefer - click on the ‘Your Account’ tab when you are logged in to update
